Volunteer Clearance Form
Pleasanton Unified School District requires all volunteers to go through a clearance process by the police department, this process must be done every year. The clearance allows you to help in events within the PUSD. To start the clearance process go here.
Driver's Clearance FormPleasanton Unified School District requires any privately owned vehicle transporting students to have this form on file. Please turn into the Hart Middle School office. The form should be editable with most browsers.
