Join us for the Thomas Hart Music Boosters' Breakfast & Beats Fundraiser and Crafts Fair on Saturday, September 21st, at Hart Middle School Quad! The Craft Fair kicks off at 8:00 am, with breakfast served starting at 7:45 am. Enjoy live musical performances from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, featuring our talented Hart Music Groups: Choir, Bands, Wind, Strings, and Jazz.
Indulge in a delicious breakfast while enjoying the performances and exploring our fabulous arts & crafts vendors. The breakfast menu includes hot pancakes (regular and gluten-free), dosas, turkey sausages, hash browns, fruits, coffee, and juices. All proceeds support our outstanding Hart Music program! |

Quick Notes on Ticketing — You'll notice the Music Boosters are using a ticketing system for this event called Zeffy. It worked well at our events last year and saved us all over $1000+ in transaction fees. We selected it as it allows for $0 transaction fees for you (and us!). The platform stays in business by requesting a small donation for itself at checkout. If you feel inclined, please consider donating a small amount to keep their platform free, but also feel free to select "other" and put $0 for Contribution.
For every item you purchase you'll receive a QR Code: you'll use these at the event to check in, and collect your breakfast plate for your. We welcome your feedback and patience at the event as we seek easy tools for you to join us and support our students!
Our menu and breakfast service is supported by you! Please sign up to donate food items, and then drop off on Tuesday, September 17th during school pickup and dropoff times.
Join our parent & family volunteer crew! We’re still looking for the talented chefs out there to flip pancakes, prepare dosas, and our menu items with the cooking crew! We'll also need help for check-in, setup, merchandise, vendors coordination. Come join us for a fun morning supporting our talented student musicians and the Hart Music Program.

Thomas Hart Music Boosters at Hart Middle School invite you to sell your service/merchandise at our annual Breakfast & Beats Fundraiser and Craft Fair. We're grateful to fund a richer music education for our kids and to support the local small businesses and artisans who make this event amazing each year.
Our event typically draws over 1,000: a mix of all performing student musicians, their families, high school and parent volunteers, and the community. A fantastic environment to start holiday shopping for crafts, plants, art, and services with all of our bands and choirs providing the soundtrack.
