The Symphonic Band, Strings Orchestra and Jazz Band traveled to our nation's capitol in April and had an incredible trip. The students visited the Air & Space Museum, the Jefferson Memorial and Lincoln Memorial, laid a wreath at the Arlington Cemetery, saw the White House, the Capitol and the Vietnam Memorial. The bands performed at a Nationals Baseball game, a Veterans' Home, Lincoln Memorial and at Alexandria City Hall. And on the last night, they danced the night away on a dinner cruise
