Hart Beat Fundraiser and Concert for Thomas Hart Music Boosters Saturday, March 26, 2022, 2-5:15pm Pleasanton Senior Center
The Hart Beat Fundraiser and Concert will be a fun-filled afternoon of student instrumental music performances, games and an auction for great prizes (including bicycles, Niles Canyon train tickets and more!). If you attended the Hart Beat Dinner in the past, please note that due to COVID restrictions there will be no food or drink served this year. The event has also been moved to the afternoon. Funds raised at this event pay for instruments, sheet music, clinicians and many other needs for the coming school year.
Attendance: You are NOT required to purchase tickets or sign up before the event. Due to capacity limits at the Senior Center, each student is allowed 2 guests. Guests will sign in at the check in desk on the day of the event. We will provide the class roster to the volunteers at the check in desk. Provide your child’s name, grab 2 wristbands and enjoy the show.
Donations and Sponsorship: We are requesting an optional $20 donation per attendee to help us cover the cost of the event as well as to help fundraise, to make a donation please see below. There are also additional sponsorship donation levels. Sponsor names will be printed in the event program.
