An evening of dinner, drinks and entertainment by our student instrumental groups. The evening includes auctions, other prize opportunities and everyone is invited to enjoy the music by our talented students. This great fundraiser helps support our outstanding music program at Hart.
There are limited seats available and this event sells out every year, so purchase your tickets early. We will assign seats and tables on a first-come-first served basis so the earlier you purchase your tickets, the better your seats will be.
OPTIONS FOR HART BEAT DINNER TICKETS:
INDIVIDUAL TICKETS: Individual tickets are available at two different price tiers. A standard ticket or A VIP ticket which seats you at a table in the first two rows, closest to the stage.
TABLE FOR 8: You may purchase an entire table for 8. A table must be purchased in a single payment transaction by adding 8 tickets to your cart. At check-out, please enter food choice and name for each ticket. This will help when we check in guests upon arrival. Purchasing a table is the only way to guarantee you will sit with specific guests.
SPONSORSHIPS: If you would like to make a larger contribute to the Thomas Hart Instrumental Music Program, we have sponsorships available:
• “CELLO” Sponsorship & above: Includes two VIP tickets at a front-center table or a full page ad in the auction program. Plus your name or company will appear prominently on our website.
• “TRUMPET” Sponsorship: Includes two VIP tickets in the front row or a half page ad in the auction program. Plus your name or company name will appear on the website.
